The Tucson Ladies Council (TLC) is a group of civic-minded community leaders dedicated to improving the lives of Tucson’s children. Founded in 2005 by Stella Schaefer, the 2010 council is chaired by Amy Breck and Laura DiChristofano. THE FASHION SHOW is TLC’s signature event with proceeds benefiting Tu Nidito Children and Family Services.
